Fall Clean-up is easier with the DST1020 Drum Screen

So, you’ve accumulated the spoils from a season’s worth of projects and excavations. Now your yard is full of debris piles – an unusable mix of soil, stone, brick, and wood.
This is when our DST1020 Mobile Drum Screen will come to your rescue this fall!
Among the most compact on the market, the DST1020 is easy to transport weighing in at 7,500 lbs. Track it onto your trailer then into place at your site by Autec remote-control. The machine sets up quickly and allows for immediate operation on site, from the cab of your loader.
Its 1.7 cubic yard hopper can be top loaded by skid-steer, backhoe or small wheel loader. The material is carried into the 79″ x 40″ variable speed drum screen by a variable speed flat belt. These options give you incredible control over processing for a clean final product.
“I was very impressed with the quality and the amount of material that it put out,” says Edward Patenaude, Director of Public Works for the Town of Dracut, MA. “I can also say the operators that took turns running it never ran a screener before, and the amount of product we put through it was very surprising to me and my Foreman who have run much bigger and more complicated machines with less production.”
The DST1020 can process 10-60 tons of material per hour. Another customer processed 20 yards an hour of heavy, wet mixed material to separate topsoil from debris for resale.
Just imagine how our screen will accelerate your job and help your bottom line. Call us for more information, sales, and rental rates.
